Fashion Blog Favourites: April!

This month has been an amazing four weeks of good weather, finishing off school, and some brilliant new fashion trends. Here's a look at the blogs I've been loving in April! 

1. Allison Anderson 

Although not technically a blogger by trade, I must mention her beauty videos, because I have been loving them so much! This month on her Youtube channel, she hosted a week of spring cleaning themed videos which were so helpful for me when going through some of old things! I totally recommend her channel and her blog, even the most mundane favourites videos are beautifully shot and captivating to watch.

2.  World of Wanderlust 

I have been totally lusting after the content of this blog all month. With the warm weather coming on, traveling becomes more and more tempting. With food, beauty, lifestyle and travel posts, this blog is a one stop shop for any blogger looking for beautiful photography and great tips. You should definitely check it out!



So those are the blogs I've been loving this past month! Just as an administrative note, I will be absent from the blog for the next week, resuming posting again in May. I'm moving out of residence to home, and then back out again for my summer job. So the next few weeks are going to be quite busy. I appreciate your patience, and when I'm back, I'll hopefully have updates about my summer plans!

Best Fashion Instagrams! Spring 2015

1. Eugenie Grey

Otherwise known as Feral Creature, Eugenie is constantly posting amazing #OOTD photos, as well as lots of other visual inspiration for your to scroll through! 

2. Irene Kim

Ireneisgood, or Irene Kim, has a great collection of fashion and travel related posts. And impressive pink hair!

3. WhoWhatWear

Definitely an essential follow for anyone on Instagram interesting in fashion. Full stop. 

4. Angie

Also known as 2sisters_angie, this account is fashion + (cute x 100). Angie's daughter Mayhem and her creative fashion projects are posted regularly to this Insta account. (Expert Tip: Watch out for award shows! That's when all of the best crative dress projects are posted!)

5. Aimee Song

Beloved fashion blogger Song of Style also has a rad Instagram account! Definitely a must follow for any fashion blogger.

Fashion Blog Favourites: March!

Spring is in the air, and so is Spring fashion! I have been posting almost exclusively about how excited I am for Spring these past few weeks, it seems. So, here's a peak at who has been inspiring me at the beginning of this delightful season!

To Vogue or Bust

Although I've never mentioned her in a Fashion Blog Favourites here before, I am a long time fan of To Vogue or Bust. I've been following her posts avidly since I first started fashion blogging back in summer 2013, and she never disappoints. I've really been loving the posts lately since they have been showcasing Vancouver's amazing spring time scene - so many cherry blossoms! If you're looking for some spring-speration, you need to check out this blog.

Charli Marie

Though this is a recent discovery for me, it is absolutely my new favourite. I found Charli through her Youtube channel, but she has a stunning blog as well! I'm always amazed by her beautiful posts, and entertaining videos. She has a really amazing sense of fashion, and a cool personality as well. If you don't follow both her Youtube channel and blog, you're missing out. 

Gal Meets Glam 

Gal Meets Glam is another long time favourite, but has really stood out to me this past month. By my observation, Julia has been doing some traveling lately, and her photos have been absolutely stunning. The fashion and locations showcased in these posts have made me even more excited for summer than I already was. If you love feminine fashion, and beautiful photography, then Gal Meets Glam is definitely the blog for you!

Fashion Blog Favourites: February!

Welcome back! It's hard to believe that it is the end of another month already. But I can't say I'm upset, the start of March means that Spring is almost on the horizon! Even through this seemingly endless wintery weather, there were so many fashion bloggers that really stood out to me this month. Click "read more" to see my favourites from this month! 

1. Financial Diet 

Although this is not really a fashion blog, its definitely a favourite for this month. I discovered this blog through a plug on Hank Green's Facebook page. It's a great blog for any young adults, but especially for students- its all about staying on a budget, but still doing the things you love. I totally recommend you check it out!

2. Cupcakes and Cashmere

I've been following Cupcakes and Cashmere for a while now, but this past month they really stood out to me. I found myself clicking on their beautifully minimalist photos on Bloglovin' before anything else. This blog stands out with really helpful and creative posts about fashion and beauty- the beauty ones are my favourite in particular. 

3. Boho Chic Cafe

I love the homemade charm of this blog. She includes really cute DIY ideas, and beautiful, yet practical outfit ideas. This is just a really great, well rounded blog in general, and perfect for any fashion blogger who wants some "boho chic" inspiration. Definitely recommend!

Welcome back to my blog! Today I will be sharing with you my favourite fashion blogs of the past month (a tradition I hope to continue throughout the entire year!)




The following three blogs were absolute standouts to me this past month, and I totally recommend you check them out!

1. To Vogue or Bust

To Vogue or Bust has been one of my favourite blogs from the very beginning. I remember stumbling upon it when I was searching for Canadian fashion blogs in the summer of 2013. The photography on this blog is absolutely stunning, and I'm in love with the web design as well! 

2. Chic on the Cheap 

Another long time favourite is this blog, all about fashion and being budget friendly, Chic on the Cheap. I've loved this blog for probably about a year now, but this past month Lydia really blew it out of the water with amazing winter fashion ideas and beautiful photography. Check it out! 

3. Fash Boulevard

Fash Boulevard is a blog that I just recently started reading this past month, and I totally fell in love. Not only do I love the design of this blog, but the photography and fashion sense of the author is amazing!
